The lady at the pizzeria accepted our request to change the tomato base for a crème fraîche base. Very welcoming and wants to do well. She wants to absolutely meet customer expectations: we asked for no onions, but she added some out of habit and wanted to redo them to meet our expectations. Super nice of her. The pizzas were delicious, well garnished and larger than the basic ones and cooked over a wood fire. I highly recommend this pizzeria if you pass by.
