The decor is very nice but I was very disappointed that despite the advertising made around the quality of listening in terms of allergies, I was only offered to REMOVE the sauces! Furthermore, I was served rice with butter although I specified that I was dairy intolerant! When speaking with the waitress (who apologized), she simply said that they had to write this welcome sentence for those with allergies but that they didn 't really have time for that sort of thing. ! Disappointed and sick!!
Warm welcome, completely new restaurant, very classy with good acoustics. Careful and attentive service. White St Saphorin from the Imhof family, very good as an aperitif. Avocado aumoniere garnished with crayfish is excellent as a starter accompanied by a very good Italian chardonnay. Succulent beef medallions with an equally succulent green pepper sauce. Wir haben Lammkoteletts mit getrockneten Tomaten und gefüllte Panciotti Mare e Monti mit Garnelen, Zitronenschale und Chili sowie Garnelen, Morcheln, Sahne und Safran, kombiniert mit milden Chilis und Gewürzen genommen - beides zum Niederknien. Die Forellenfilets waren auch sehr gut zubereitet. Die Besitzer sind absolut liebenswert, aufmerksam und sehr freundlich, die Oberkellnerin eine sehr große Profi. Bravo an Sie für Ihr Engagement und Professionalität. Und es würde uns freuen, wieder neue Geschmacksrichtungen mit Ihnen zu teilen.
