Samgyupsalamat Puerto Princesa

From the opening till now it's such a huge different. Dirty dishes served. Lettuce is missing always, no kimchi. On the table only 3 side dishes. Ventilation not working, everything is super greasy. Most of the staff is definitely not trained.....never again.

Restaurant located in Rizal av. Korean BBQ with poor side dishes.....is not logical Korean bbq and no kimchi..... All meat was plenty of fat, the service was slow, the lettuce was black and there were plenty of insects. Fire was very poor takes long time to make the meat, we change the fire several times......they run out of beers.

I really love their side dishes, but not the service! They need more manpower to respond to the needs and orders of their customers! The waiters are already tired and I pity them for their nonstop service! There's a lot of customers and only a few servers, yeah! that's absolutely tiring and upsetting! However, I will always coming back to this restaurant because I really like the food! the meat are sooo mouthwatering! I can actually tolerate the bad service and hoping and praying for an improvement. I know, somehow, they are going to find a solution for a better service.

Thank you samgyupsalamat for making our bonding more happy and satisfying. You have very accommodating staff , good food with yummy kimchi . Try to grill the kimchi too, very masarap
