Aqva - Puerto Iguazú

They don't have gluten-free menus, offer meats and don't make sure they don't have cross contamination

No gluten free menu, you won’t find many with gf menus in Puerto Iguazú, but the waiters at Aqva were very knowledgeable and accommodating, showing me what I could eat. They do speak English here if your Spanish skills are a bit shaky. I had a filet mignon and it was delicious. Good potatoes, veggies, and salad too. Dessert was passion fruit mousse and flan. Everything was delicious! And pretty fairly priced.

The gluten free options are the ones that are naturally gluten free. Nothing fried is gluten free. They will cook food separately if you mention you are celiac/have an allergy so the food I got didn’t make me sick. They brought gluten free bread separately for me which was nice
