Casa Pepe - Puerto de la Cruz

We wanted to have lunch in this restaurant, but at the end we had only drunk because of the attitude of the waiter. two waiters had a dispute between them in the middle of the terrace. we have not heard anything from waiter at all and. sure that we do not recommend this restaurant to our friends.

After a very long morning exploring the zoo . Hunger got the better of us . A quick snack was in mind . Thinking a cheese burger and some grilled Octopus would fill the gap until later In the day . Well have a look...at what arrived , enough to feed a small village in Indonesia. Thought it was someone else's meal . The Octopus was cooked to perfection , sitting on a bed of local Canario potatoes , drizzled in garlic oil and subtle spices. Wonderful is all I can say . The cheese burger came with a vege patch of local grown tomatoes , lettuce onions etc . Topped the day off very nicely. Thank you Pepe for such a great meal . It's dinner time , still not hungry . Well worth the money and experience.

This restaurant goes for simple well cooked meals. I had a pork in sauce and the person with me had fish. Both were properly cooked and very pleasant to ear. Would visit here again.

Si quieres probar la auténtica cocina canaria en un lugar lleno de encanto, este es tu restaurante. tiene un bar en la entrada y una terraza cubierta en la planta superior, con la cocina a la vista, que es una garantía. hemos sido dos veces y ambos hemos estado completamente satisfechos. tanto la saladilla, como la carne en salsa, el bacalao o la quera eran deliciosos: buena materia prima y buena elaboración. tienen cuatro menús, dos carnes y dos peces. si eliges un menú como si pidieses la carta, los precios son muy económicos

La comida exquisita y el barman súper amistoso, le hace recomendaciones y tiene menús de diferentes precios. la carta es muy clara y explica todo lo grande, súper barato y come comida casera. ¡Lo recomiendo tanto!
