Mcdonald's - Puerto Banus

The worst McDonald's I ever been in. The staff are so slow. The machine is broken. It’s too hot and too dirty. I was waiting for 2 burgers for more than 1 hour. Even if you are dying from hunger do not go there

Not exactly FAST food. But after a long wait, the burgers were good. Fries a little soft. Nor cheap.

On the big screen ordered, but when I came to the payment department, the machine went into the error mode, so had to print off the countercard, food took about 5 minutes to get out and tasted exactly the same as in the UK. The day we visited, we had short employees. Toilet area a bit shady and neglected imo, disabled toilet sliding door would be a problem if you are disabled because it was stiff and hard to close, seemed like it was out of its tracks.

Hamburger came without onions. Politically asked for one with onions. No apology, finally got one with literally 5 tiny bIt is the onion. Staff not very friendly.

As bad as a McD. Doesn't really slander the acid garbage. Fries were old and stale and the burgers would not have gone through a secret shopper review. This place must either be closed or a real superior who is here for 2-3 months to educate the entire staff.
