Wonderful Bistro - Pueblo

Traveler Querland, we visited the Wonderful Bistro. With many Mexican restaurants in the Pueblo area, we chose to take a different route. This Chinese restaurant features lovely decor, excellent service, and average prices. The food was served hot, flavorful, and in generous portions. We highly recommend it for both couples and large groups; they won’t be disappointed. 05/12/22

We've visited this restaurant multiple times and have always been impressed. The egg drops and sommeliers are the best we've ever had, and we've tried Chinese cuisine from Hawaii to the East Coast and numerous places in between. The service is consistently quick and friendly—we often sit at the same table, and it seems like our server is the owner or manager, which is wonderful. We've brought several family members here, and they all enjoy it every time. I'm really glad we discovered a great Chinese restaurant in Pueblo.

Stay in a nearby motel. I want a light meal. We chose Wonderful Bistro and we are so happy that we did. Nice family restaurant. Chose mushu pork to share and it was just right. Fast service from big waitstaff.

The food is seasoned perfectly every time and the portions are the perfect size, and the staff is very friendly and always go over and beyond to help you, I have never had anything missing from my order and they always get my order correct. Love this place
