Solar Roast Coffee - Pueblo

This is a really nice spot in downtown Pueblo. I had a bagel, and it was delicious. The complimentary strawberry was enjoyable as well (I hope I spelled that correctly!). I ordered a pour-over coffee, which was a bit weak for my liking, but it was well made. The staff were excellent, and the place was bustling with locals, which is always a good sign.

I have visited this restaurant twice, and I absolutely love it! The Zebra iced latte is amazing, and my friends really enjoyed the breakfast burritos they ordered. If you're looking for coffee in the Pueblo-Pueblo West area, this place is definitely a must-visit!

This is a nice coffee shop with lots of seating (both indoor and outdoor). Good food and coffee, right in the heart of downtown.

Music plays while you order, wait for, and drink your delicious order. They have a large variety of drinks and food to choose from, and all of them are made masterfully by the baristas. There's an outside patio area to eat and drink at as well, and you can receive your order from a window right next to it. It's convenient and it all has a relaxed atmosphere. It's a great place to study, or just to hang out at. I highly recommend this spot for anyone!
