Who ever prepared that should go store to store teaching. I'd eat kfc way more if it was always that good.

This seems to be ongoing problem Of this particular KFC of not fulfilling the order that you have already paid. And when you call In to let them know of their mistake they’re rude and you get name-calling “ jerk“ Future customers check your order twice.

Low customer service. as a binder, always rude for me, as a customer, still rude. Eating is never ready, they are always “from something”, all workers have an employment. don't waste your money here. it is regrettable to use to be decent.

My partner ordered three pieces of dark meat, but I accidentally gave him three pieces of white meat instead. He wanted a Mountain Dew to drink, but they only had Dr. Pepper available, which wasn’t very good. Everything else was fine, but the restrooms were locked. We felt a bit insulted, as it seemed like they were judging us, and the coleslaw could use some updating. Overall, we weren’t very happy with the experience.

I absolutely love KFC! There’s nothing negative about their food or service. Every time I order from them, the meals are excellent, and the staff is fantastic. Thank you!
