Cactus Flower - Pueblo

This restaurant is a well-known, award-winning spot, so we had to wait a short while for a table at lunch. However, there are seats available at the bar if you'd prefer not to wait. My wife ordered the generously stuffed sopapilla, while I opted for the cactus combo plate #7. Both dishes were sizable, served piping hot, and absolutely delicious. The service was quick and attentive. Right now, they are offering a special Lavender Margarita, which is fantastic!

This restaurant is always bustling on weekends, but the drinks and food are worth the wait. While you wait, they serve chips and salsa, which is a nice touch. The margaritas are consistently excellent, and the food is delicious. Although the waitress mistakenly mixed up the chili in one of the combination plates, it was still tasty, and she was the friendliest, most cheerful waitress I encountered during my visit. She really made the experience enjoyable! I believe her name was Kevia or something similar. Overall, a fantastic waitress!

Service is #1 in Pueblo. This is the best place to sit for the atmosphere, it felt like eating in my grandmother's dining room. The food tho, wow. Ordered the sizzling fajitas, enough to feed two people. Thank you Cactus Flower, authentic food and people. Be back soon!

My 3rd time eating here and it's been 8 yrs since I last ate at CF. Have to say, it was very good. Portion sizes were huge. I had a tamale and I'm leary bc every establishment always says theirs is the best. Well CF was very tasty. Food was piping hot and that I loved. I would say definitely try CF out and enjoy!!
