Buckshot Grill - Pueblo

The local restaurants in West P will need to up their game to compete with this place. I highly recommend trying it out! The food is fantastic, the staff is friendly, and the atmosphere and music are great. Give it a chance!

I traveled down from Denver to visit family and dined at Buckshot Bar for dinner. They offered a great selection of food, and everything tasted delicious with generous portions.

During our first visit to the restaurant, we were impressed by the delicious food and attentive service. Our drinks were always refilled, and the waitress was wonderful, making us feel right at home. It felt like dining with family. Thank you for such a fantastic experience; we can't wait to return!

Today we had an ingenious cheeseburger and Patti melt together with made at home frits and onion rings. Simple 5 stars

We went without eating here for 4 years due to reviews. Man was I wrong. The service was very attentive for 1 waitress for the entire full restaurant. Tall draft beers were super cold, great company, inviting atmosphere and clean. Wish the outside was open, maybe someday. You will never have such a hot, fresh, big, juicy burger, ever. I never had, and it was delicious. My hubby was so excited, when he found a burger with a fried egg, delicious. Salsa is super flavorful, sweet and hot, YUM. Our new go to for delicious food that is packed with flavor.
