In earlier days, Aristo and Indian Coffee House would be on top of the list in almost all tourist guides. Nowadays, influenced by money, most guides show different places. But trust my word, the quality of food is best at Aristo. Go and eat and you wont have any regrets. Better prefer the restaurant downstairs and not the roof garden. You will find more experienced staff in the ground floor restaurant.
Reminding of old memories, they still preseve the taste and quality of the dishes it used to be. Not a top notch looking restaurant, but it still carries the glory, look and feel of a 80s, 90s hotel . So I advise visitors stick to your dining in the ground floor, to experience this. You don 't have to worry about stained table cloths there, as they have only neatly and compactly laid tables and chairs. Some of my recommendations here I love their biryanis won 't be too spicy but tasty. Parottas are very good Will be fluffy, soft and big. Butter chicken Doesn 't taste like how u expect in hotels, but it will be light on your tummy with a lovely, simple taste. Chicken pepper soup You wouldn 't have tested this else where. Will be awesome. Chicken fried rice (Indian style) Again you wouldn 't have tasted this else where. Fish 99 Boneless fried fish with a strong curry flavor
Been eating at this restuarant since my childhood. Nothing beats their flavourful chicken biriyani, fish fingers, and parotta chicken curry. Must try highly recommend.
