Restoran Muneer Puchong

The staff at this restaurant seem to be tired, which is a common issue in the food and beverage industry. Instead of being difficult, I chose to treat them with kindness, and they did the same for me. My suggestion is for us, as customers, to make things easier for them by being understanding and patient.

Can say it's bit run down. In need for makeover or renovation. However, I find the food especially chicken here is juicy yet crispy compared to neighbouring kfc outlet.

Had a meal here and found that the service is good and staff are quite friendly as well.Limited sitting area downstairs but there are more seatings upstairs as well.Food came quite hot :not bad!!!

Food is really good but staff very unfriendly. Tried being nice to the cashier staff but they are unwilling to be friendly or kind. Borderline rude.

I stopped by for a quick lunch before my meeting and was extremely disappointed. The restaurant only accepted cash, the Coke was warm because their ice machine was broken, and all the sauce dispensers were empty on both floors. The KFC was overstaffed, but no one seemed to care about the quality of service. I would give my experience a 3 out of 10. KFC, you need to improve your service—it's terrible!
