Yú Dìng - 普代村

I made a detour on the way home from work. Although the sign said they were closed for the day, there were still people inside. When I called out to them, they kindly said, "It's okay~" (T^T). The staff at this restaurant is so kind... I ordered the Iso Ramen and Mekabu Ramen. The food came quickly after I ordered! When I tasted the soup, it had a gentle taste of the sea, and it was very delicious! The portion of noodles in the Mekabu Ramen was a little smaller than in the Iso Ramen ⸜⸝‍ The huge scallop in the dish alone was enough to fill me up. They even gave me some Mekabu Ramen as a service. The ramen soup was really tasty. If you're curious, please give them a try. Photo 1 is the Mekabu Ramen.

I had mekabu ramen. The noodles were hand-mixed style medium-thin curly noodles without any artificial coloring, topped with scallops, shrimp, and other ingredients which provided a satisfying volume. The soup was delicious and I wanted to drink every last drop. I went with my toddler and the owner of the restaurant gave candies to the children after finishing their meal, which was heartwarming and enjoyable.

Based on everyone's reviews, my family of 5 decided to dine at this restaurant. We all enjoyed the delicious dishes, including the seafood ramen, octopus sashimi, and non-alcoholic beer.
