Mazzio's Italian Eatery - Pryor

This is the best pizza place for my family and me! There's a staff member named Jaimesen who is always incredibly friendly, even when it's super busy. I want to express my gratitude to the entire team; they are consistently nice and respectful to everyone, and it really shows how much they care about their customers.

The pizza here is good, but every time we’ve eaten at this restaurant, the wait has been excessive and the customer service lacking. Even when we place online orders, which are supposed to be ready after two hours, it still took 40 minutes beyond the scheduled pickup time for our order to be ready. When I arrived to pick up the pizza, it seemed like they hadn’t even started preparing it yet. What was supposed to be a quick in-and-out experience turned into a frustrating 40-minute wait in their lobby. Given that we ordered a large pizza, a calzone, ravioli, and cinnamon sticks well in advance, a two-hour notice should have been plenty of time for them to prepare everything. They could have offered us complimentary drinks to help ease the inconvenience of the long wait. Instead, the only gesture made was two small containers of icing to go with the cinnamon sticks, which felt a bit inadequate.

The place is dirty, and the staff is rude. The pizza bar was empty, as was the salad bar. They didn't even escort me to the restroom. The smell is unpleasant, reminiscent of a canal leading straight to the entrance. I also noticed employees eating in the kitchen where customers can see them. It seems like the whole establishment is in disrepair and desperately in need of updates.

Amazing! The five-cheese grilled cheese calzone is absolutely the best I’ve ever had!

The calzone was extremely dry, and the stuffed crust pizza lacked flavor. The cheese bread was overcooked and also dry. I won't be ordering from here again. The only positive aspect was the cinnamon bread.
