Ichiban Sushi - Prunedale

Good food! Flavor is on point. Only thing I can say is that they don't have enough servers. They had alot of empty tables and said they couldn't sit our party of 6 for 30-40min. We asked to sit and wait without being attended too and they said no. Too many young servers that don't know what they are doing. It's the second time they don't have enough employees on a weekend. They shouldn't be doing take out if they can't handle in person customers.

Waited over an hour for our food while people who sat down after we ordered got their food. When the food came out it was the wrong order and everything covered in hot sauce and cilantro. We asked for our check immediately after trying the food and waited another 30 minutes to even pay for the terrible food and service.

First time here. Recently moved to Prunedale. Service was a bit slow.. the sushi rolls I ordered were phenomenal. I stick to one of my favorite places usually and hate getting disappointed when I try different sushi restaurants. This one did not as far as their food goes. Delicious and will be back!

Stopped here for lunch on my way from Monterey up to the Bay Area. Rolls were delicious and good sized. Rolls took a little while to come out even though the place was not busy. Waitress however was excellent and checked on me regularly. Also it’s nice that they are open until 2:30 as I didn’t arrive until 1:45. So many sushi places often close at 2. A nice lunch and I will stop again as I pass through Prunedale.
