Sushi Bay - Provo

Koko Lunchbox holds a special place in my heart. A few years ago, some Asian colleagues recommended this spot, and we used to visit almost weekly for a time! I remember they closed during the COVID pandemic, and Google indicated they were no longer open. However, when I stopped by a few weeks ago, a staff member mentioned that the owner had gone to Korea, but they reopened a few months ago. Great news! I can't say enough good things about this place! Their rice cake is perfect for chilly winter days or whenever you need a cozy pick-me-up. The spicy pork is incredibly delicious as well! The portion sizes are generous, which means you get to enjoy tasty leftovers later! Honestly, I’m enjoying their food even more as I write this review!

I'm really excited about this place! They have the best kimchi I've ever tasted. I love their egg and rice dish, and the kimchi fried rice is amazing. Everything is made fresh, so it's definitely worth the wait!

The flavors really shine when you add the sauces. The Lychee Boba is fantastic as well! The highlight here is definitely the spicy pig dog—it's exceptional! It has a delightful balance of subtle sweetness and exquisite spices!

Really brilliant food. Great service. I have the spicy beef. It was a little embarrassing. We went to the checkout to order and find out we have to take a place. It's a dine in the restaurant. Definitely a place to return.

Whether it's Crash Landing on You, Vincenzo, Sky Castle, Squid Game, Boys Over Flowers, or Chocolate... KDramas are all the rage. If your wife is like mine, she wants to experience Korea. Koko Lunchbox is a great place to go to help anyone feel a little more Korean. We enjoyed the food and the service was really good. The people there are very nice. I'm sure we'll be going here again.
