Ribeye steak was outstanding. Ask for freshly grated horseradish. Rack of ribs were very tasty and succulent on the inside but the outside was a little tough. Asparagus, mushrooms, sweet potato fries, and caesar salad were all very good. Our server was excellent

The restaurant did not recognize our reservation through OpenTable. They said they don't receive reservations through your company, so your service was pointless

They refused to recognize my online reservation. Said they were trying to get rid of those. They were annoying. Said I could wait minutes like everyone else. Had no explanation for how I made the reservation if they were getting rid of them. Did not stay. Will NEVER go there

Ruby river was very good. The only problem we encountered was that they had NO RECORDOF OUR RESERVATION SO WE HAD TO WAIT ALMOST Minutes to be seated. minutes is not a bad wait time for a Friday night without a reservation. The hostess told us that this happens often. WHY??

Our server Gabe was the best! The rest of the experience was poor. We booked online and when we got there we were told they stopped doing that but they could cut our wait to minutes. We waited because everywhere else was booked. The food came out quickly but was not good, the steaks had no flavor. Gabe our server was fast and polite and we never had an empty glass. He had a large section to take care of and he was flying around to everyone to keep people happy. Great job Gabe!
