Pizza Hut - Provo

I ordered pizza last night, said it would be delivered in 25—35 minutes. Online it said “on its way” 2 hrs later nothing, and still haven’t gotten it. It’s a brand new day and still no pizza. Didn’t get a call or anything. I called, place was closed. Will never order pizza from this place again.

We ordered and waited 4 hours. We kept calling to see where the order was and kept getting disconnected. We drove over to the store to talk to someone in person only to find out the store was closed today. Nothing online told us the store was closed and still let us place our order with a “30 minute” delivery time. Or order was processed and card was charged.

I love Pizza Hut pizza. However, this particular location doesn't have delivery drivers and rely on Door Dash to make their deliveries. With that being said, it took over 2 hours for a driver to accept my order for delivery. The employees did do their best to keep it as fresh as possible, and I do not believe they have a way of knowing when the driver will accept, in order to prepare the order in timing with delivery. Order from somewhere else. Ordered a pizza for delivery and it never showed up. No communication from store.

This was the worst experience I ever had with a pizza hut. First we wanted to order a salad and they didn't carry them at this location. Then we are told 45 min for our order and 1 1/2 hours later I called and they said it was picked up and on its way. The pizza hut was 5 min away from our hotel and it took another 20 min. The pizza was over cooked, no sauce on it and was as thin as paper and tasted like cardboard. The cheesy bread was also overcooked and the cheese was brown and crispy. I order … – show
