Cubby's Chicago Beef - Provo

I’m planning to eat from a food truck tonight, and I actually own a food truck business myself. The food from this truck was absolutely fantastic! I especially loved the steak sandwich and the Dragon Layer Burger—it was honestly the best burger I’ve ever had. I added some ketchup to it because it was just as good as they made it. I highly recommend checking out their food. Thanks, Cubby’s!

Whenever I visit a new restaurant, I like to sample their signature dishes. Today, I tried the Mr. Beef sandwich, served wet and hot. The roll was a bit smaller than I anticipated, but it was still a generous sandwich overall. The flavor was fantastic and satisfying. The rosemary fries were delicious and paired perfectly with the fry sauce.

The food is delicious, the prices are reasonable, and the staff is friendly. They offer tasty gluten-free rolls and truly gluten-free fries, which is a rare combination that makes for a fantastic experience!

This exceeded expectations. It was definitely different that I expected but it was good different. The flavors were great and the prices were pretty reasonable. The service was friendly. It wasn't very fast but that probably has to do with the fact that there was a steady stream of customers rolling through the entire time we were there. they were out of the ingredients to make one of the sandwiches I wanted to try, which was annoying but I guess that gives me a reason to come back. Overall, it was very good and I would recommend it

Literally the first thing I said when I took my first bite was “Wow, that’s some great flavor!” This is one of the best burgers I’ve had in a while. The fries were also really good, and a great portion size for the price. The interior was very clean and open and the staff were very inviting and prompt. Definitely will be coming back here! I got the DragonSlayer burger and the Buffalo Bleu fries.
