The Cheesecake Factory

Service was great. Food was good but not spectacular as usual. Then we ordered desert.. I thought I would try the strawberry shortcake. It was a total fail!!. Hard biscuit instead of short bread. Wouldn't break apart or soak up the little quantities there were of the sauce. My wife even tried it to see if I was just complaining. It is a bad desert. Not sweet and very little flavor.

My husband and I had a reservation here and the check in experience was not the one we were hoping for. They told me they would text me once our table was ready. Mind you we were a half hour early before our reservation time. Everybody who was after us was getting called to a table. They had my phone number and everything.The server we had was very nice; yet the hostess stand could definitely use some work. We were very upset at how this was handled.Overall rating I would say 5.5/10.

I love The Cheesecake Factory. Their food is always delicious and the portion sizes are pretty decent. I absolutely love their whole grain bread and if I as for extra bread I usually get it at no extra charge.

May 19, dinner. My waitress was christen, or Kristen. Very honest and pleasant. She was amazing. The pasta was good. The tiramisu, 0 out of 10. No mascarpone, and it was literally vanilla cake. Dry and tasteless.
