Los Zagales De Abadía

We taste the puno sensations, the nude presented to the national contest xviii of tapas of valladolid. created by the dimauro laura of the same establishment the zagales. is a rag of cheese: roasted ribs, apple compote and foie mousse, bathed in cocoa butter and almond crocanti. Very good.

I went to a recommendation and it was a good one. the food is of great quality and very tasty as a whole. there is a menu of the day for about 20€ very complete and with many options of first, seconds and desserts. also includes drink and bread. the fungi were spectacular and the pig and duck exceeded our expectations. The cheesecake was fine, but not at the level of others.

Very popular place and known for such award-winning tapas in different contests. it was very masified, queue of half an hour to enter, then the interior next to the bar, impossible to eat something. When we finally had a dinner, the attention of the waitress pretty bad. tapas well, though very expensive for size. (price different from the bar to the table.)
