Mac's Fish House Provincetown

Excellent oysters and clams, happy hour 3-5pm daily with half off oysters and clams. The clam chowder was disappointing or lacking salt, the fish soup was very good. Also the lobster roll didn’t have much taste. But the rest of the dishes were amazing (lettuce cups and cod cheeks were great). Dog friendly covered patios. Recommended and would return.

I honestly don’t understand the hype for this restaurant, especially considering the price. We ordered swordfish, which came in a tiny portion, was overcooked, and under-seasoned. The green salad had literally no seasoning, and the French fries tasted as if they took McDonald's fries and refried them. The sushi and oysters were okay. And the bathrooms—they were an absolute mess and disgusting. I usually don’t leave negative feedback, but it really feels like they don’t care and just want your money.

Mac’s has a soggy lobster roll , bread fallin all over the place the sushi is fake!!!! American sushi!!!! Barely any fish overpowering wasabert. I love Provincetown but not Mac’s. The vibes are kinda there but the food is not. Table slightly sticky. No hate but this my experience ?? Parking: No

Year after year I travel to Mac 's in Ptown for dinner. I always ask my server what I should get out of my top 3 pics...it 's extremely difficult because I want everything on the menu! No matter what I served it 's always amazing! The service is excellent, our server was extremely attentive, checking in frequently, but never bothering us during a bite! The seafood is right out of the ocean fresh...you can taste the sea. The flavor profile of each dish is sublime. I can 't wait to visit again! Kid-friendliness: children 's menu available.
