Tavolo Wine Bar & Tuscan Grille

Friendly staff excellent eating and dessert. was expensive, but it is worth serving the quality of the food. there was even live music at the bar.

So much for celebrating a 10 year Wedding Anniversary.....upon standing at the hostess station they told us they needed to close (we had a 6:30 reservation). Their reason was they ran out of food. To be fair their was local festival occurring that may have resulted in an influx of patrons, but since I booked on OpenTable the least they could have done was send a comment, cancel my reservation, etc. They did nothing, we drove 45 mins (2 cars), paid for parking (2 cars) and walked in to find out they were closing at 6:30pm. I asked to speak to a manager; end result was they offered us 1 free appetizer card for next time....there will be no next time.

No valet parking, which is uncommon for Federal Hill restaurants. Out of calamari at 4:30 pm. Also out of the dinner I had ordered of a somewhat limited menu. Asked to share a salad which they split and charged us $4 to do so. Overall a disappointing experience

Chris is exceptional as always, food and drinks are top notch!

Our waiter was fantastic! The food was all delicious for all 8 of us and we will definitely be back when we return to Providence!
