Ronzio Pizza - Providence

I ordered half bacon and pineapple and half veggie pizza. what I got was a veggie pizza that had bacon and pineapples on one side of it. When I called them to correct the order, the service manager was really polite and apologetic and they worked as fast as possible on my order. So I really appreciate their customer service. but I also ordered a big pizza and its version of a big pizza is what I would call and medium size pizza and would really only be enough 1-2 ppl. No family of four. And $17 for what they think is a big pizza is far too expensive considering the portion you get. The pizza itself looks well cooked. When I finally came back to the pizza place, they asked me to bring back the pizza they had made me. What I did. Upon arrival, the gentleman, who was responsible for my pizza, apologized. And not only did he remake my pizza, but he made me an extra big without an extra fee. I thought it was very fair. And they kept me the other pizza. I give only four stars, just because I think again what they think is a big pizza, too small and too expensive. And for the trouble to come back and forth. But they corrected their mistake as well as possible.

Ordered and was told 45 min. After a hour and half called back. They were just getting the pizzas in the oven. We canceled the order. Last time I call them.

The pizza was amazing it took me back to the best Fridays in elementary that's right pizza parties.

Dear Ronzio, When I order a pizza, please send me a whole pizza. Not a pizza missing two slices. Thank you very much. Matt
