Hated it. Went there with my husband, mother in law, and two boys arrived at ate at need i say more? they say that each dish is made to order and thats why it takes so long. the food was OK; meaning i have had much better meals in RI and which were not made to order. I think they need to stop chasing their tales and get out of the dark ages. A prep chef is ok to have. Stop pissing off your customers. I wont ever go back.

Ok, here are my tips if you want to enjoy this fantastic hidden authentic Italian gemstone a reservation and shoot for 6:30-7:00pm *bring cash!!! is a little bit before here. service is slow *bring a beautiful bottle of wine or two; it is byob *order their foods as fast as possible *order the garlic bread *portions are H-U-G-E, so they bring their appetit and many of it is really a local favorit. it has been here for at least 30 years. you do not go to guido’s for fast, first class NYC-ish service. they go there for a good Italian Friday dinner over a good bottle red or white.
