Domino's Pizza - Providence

I've been ordering from this Domino's since they were located around the corner, and I used to have positive experiences with the staff. Unfortunately, lately, the manager has been quite moody. I placed an order today and called ahead to ensure that my items were cooked thoroughly, as I requested them to be cooked three times in the oven. When I picked up my order, it was cold. I called to address the issue, and the manager yelled at me, telling me never to order from them or come into the store again. I drove there to discuss the situation face to face, but he refused to let me speak. When I asked for a refund, the staff just stood there looking confused.

I ordered over 45 minutes ago. They said my order was out for delivery 30 minutes ago. And now I have been on hold for 10 minutes. I 'd hate to see how the service is during a busy time.

My favorite spot to order pizza! I often go for the $7.99 large three-topping pizza special for carryout, and I absolutely love their chicken wings. The price is great, and you actually get more wings here than at KFC.

I've been getting takeout from this restaurant for five years, and they've only messed up my order three times out of around 300. I can easily recall each of those mistakes because they're so uncommon. While it might not be the best pizza in town, it certainly provides excellent value. The staff is friendly, and they frequently hand me my order without me even having to request it, as they recognize me.

I've been visiting this restaurant for four years, but tonight was different. I walked in to find a cook who was acting disrespectfully towards customers over a simple money exchange. He makes $15 an hour making pizzas while I earn $200k, so he really needs to watch his attitude. Let's get to the main point of this story—I'm serious about addressing this issue.
