Congress Tavern - Providence

A good selection of beer, but food and even worse service. if you want to have a stress-free lunch / dinner, you better go to any other place around the corner. I gave them another chance after a long wait at lunch (I had to wait about 20, even to pay my taste and in the evening it was not better. the gastro piece in its self-rewarded gastro-subtitle has no place at all.

My man and I were here last night. it's a cool little pub in a beautiful opposite of preview. the food was good, and the waitress friendly. definatly a great place to meet friends etc. but it has a small menu and eating was ok not wow. I have the orange burger, but it did not have any condiment on it, which I really felt it was necessary to cut through the enough of the bark, rodeur, mushrooms and swirl. don't get me wrong, I've finished it when you're a beating scrub that's a great place for you. my man got the Zioppino stew and it was very good. all in all not a place for date night, but great for a drink and a fast bite.

Beautiful Faux-Speakeasy. they make like talking a ban era, they claim the restoration of a bar that was there in the 1930s. beautiful friendly pub with great fresh beer, large screen tvs and delicious sandwiches. big rueben! I hope they stay, but the situation keeps them hidden from the main traffic. many advices, put them a promotional board on the way to weybosset, so people know that they are down as they go on arcade. I hope they're hanging in there. it is a decent place in the city.

Absolutely amazing. was in providence for 3 nights on a work trip and ate here 3 times. no bad dish on the menu. everything is amazing. the service staff is also amazing. there is no bad thing that could be said about this place. would come back with my family.

We thought for a quick bite ordered the fish and chips, yellowfin fish tacos and an app of stuffies! the fish and chips were amazing huge fish, easy fried and tasty. tacos were also solid! service was amazing, fast and friendly!
