The food and service at this restaurant were outstanding. The clam chowder was exceptional and could only be compared to my wife's cooking. The chowder had large pieces of clams and the potatoes were perfectly cooked. The consistency was creamy, not watery like other clam broths. The lobster ravioli was filled with large chunks of meat. The service provided by the waiter and bar staff was exceptional. Overall, a fantastic customer experience with nothing but praise for the restaurant.

Centro is a fantastic place to dine! After visiting the Irish Famine Memorial at Hemenway's, take a stroll across the river to the amazing new pedestrian bridge. The service is cool and the food is great. My date enjoyed the tasty chicken picatta while I had the incredibly tender mussels in a lime-seasoned sauce. The peach gelato was delicious. Don't forget to check out the Omni's large health club with a steam sauna, heated pool, and full-service health club. Make sure to visit Centro after a show!

In this inviting, modern setting, it is understood that dining may be a bit pricey. However, the quality of the food justifies the cost. The menu is simple, elegant, and well-organized, offering a variety of options not typically found in other Italian restaurants. Instead of the usual choice of pasta with tomato sauce, there are many different dishes to choose from. For my main course, I selected the shrimp and penne pasta, which was beautifully prepared with jumbo shrimp, Alfredo sauce, and halved grape tomatoes. While the combination was tasty overall, I found the tomatoes to be a bit of an odd contrast to the sauce. The dish could have benefitted from an additional shrimp for the price of over twenty dollars, but it was still filling. For dessert, I indulged in a delicious tiramisu that satisfied my love for coffee with its sweet yet bitter espresso flavor. Although the restaurant ranks as one of the best I have ever dined at in terms of food, the atmosphere leaves something to be desired. The slightly high prices are the only drawback, making it a high four-star experience rather than a perfect five-star one. Service was stellar and the restaurant itself was immaculate, but the eating was missing. if they charge 20 plus dollar for a pasta entree, they should make the pasta in the house. I ordered the salmon. it was boiled decently, but it was placed on pasta sauce and roasted green beans. eating is okay, I think it could be much better at the price point they ask.

Food was ok. The highlight was the fries, hot and the right amount of salt. The rest was just ok. And if rating food alone I would give it solid 3. BUT, the service was very poor. I watched them remove dirty silverware and napkins and lead me right to the same table. I had to ask to have it wiped off. I waited for a setup. Food took forever. Fries were hot, main was warm. I watched as others around me suffered as well. It was busy, so I wanted to give them a break but as a restaurant in a hotel CONNECTED to the convention center, they need to be better.
