Apsara Palace Restaurant - Providence

Few dollars more than lower class Chinese restaurants in the area but was worth it big chunks of onions peppers and pieces of real pork in the fried rice and General Tso's chicken wasn't over breaded like the other places either actually good amounts of chicken and very tasty but definitely worth it would recommend and will be back

Apsara has pretty solid Thai food at a good price. I have been coming here for over a decade and it seems like they got a new management crew every few years. Definitely not what it was a decade ago but still very solid Thai food and it won't break the bank

Apsara on the East Side is one of my favorite places to eat! The food is truely delicious! This has become my sanctuary in such an angry city. The people who work here are always welcoming and pleasant. The food here is prepared with fresh ingredients and the taste reflects that freshness. I can fill my belly for under $10 and that price includes hot tea! My favorite dishes are the Chicken Pad Thai and the Chicken Bahn Hoi. I also love the Nime Chow and Tom Yum Soup. If you haven’t eaten here yet, you are missing out on some of the best food in Providence.

I haven't been here for years. This will change! The shrimp was fresh and light. Loved the mint in it, tender and tasty. The peanut sauce was perfect. I had the prawns lemongrass so good! My Bf had the prawns lemongrass with jalapeños and added Broccoli / it had a completely different taste ginger, it was also very good. My son had ridden rice gum and garlic wings that he gave up a thumb. The price for these dishes were great (under $10, the Broccoli added a few extra dollars). The food looked, smells and was DELICIOUS! I have a friend who says she's always coming here, now I know why. The place was also busy for dinner at a Tuesday - many people in and out for the trip.

Amazing food. 5 stars not enough... The beef noodle soup was delicious (like a special twist of the pho, but with coriander and larger beef pieces). The chicken germ Chow was so good that we had to order even more. The red curry chicken was heavenly... Find a new favorite spot
