I’m updating this because twice I have been there recently and it’s been a let down. Not because of the chef but the waitress. 1st time no toast or bread for toast. Shop was across the road. But another staff told me there was bread there that day. A fresh load came in the day before. Today I asked for extra has brown no black pudding only white. So I got one white and one hash brown and no toast which I had to ask for again. I also asked for coffee with my breakfast and got tea. I was not in the mood to keep explaining. And her attitude was like I was giving her grief. When I was actually nice and polite. Toilet had no hand towels and toilet wouldn’t flush. But as I said chef is lovely food is nice waitress needs an attitude adjustment. Also the place was not busy and she acted like she was ran off her feet. And ignored us

The food was well cooked and filling. The staff were young, friendly and efficient. The restaurant is in the bar lounge. It could have been a bit warmer inside, it was a cold foggy day outside. Plenty of car parking space.
