Wisk Am Eatery - Prosper

Great brunch place! Love the potatoa with scrambled egg. Definitely try it if you dont want to have sweet breakfast. Incredible taste. Also their swedish crepes are amazing! Thats all i tried but definitely recommend:)Food: 5/5

Great neighborhood restaurant, with excellent service. Tina was our server and she made sure we received our order exactly as requested. I would think that breakfast would be the most difficult meal to cook to the customer's satisfaction. So many variables from barely cooked eggs to crispy bacon, and perfectly brewed coffee. Not to mention the creamer for the coffee. Wisk and Tina have fulfilled these requests with a smile. Wisk is a place that makes you fill like home. Perfect for Prosper.

We had brunch here and it was very mid. the food was not seasoned and tasted/looked like microwaved food. Also the service was not great, we got our food before even getting water. Then 30 seconds after getting our food a server stopped by and asked us if we had touched the plate of tacos and when we said no he took it away and said it was meant for someone else. then he brought a different plate of tacos from another table. That’s not okay, if an order was given to someone else you should never take it away and give it to someone else its very unsanitary.

Had breakfast here with friends and really enjoyed this place. I had a made it order omelette (egg white, jalapeño, spinach, and turkey bacon) with potatoes and an English muffin. They nailed the omelette and made it well done per my request to add flavor. Making an Egg White omelet without cheese taste great is tough but they were up to the task. Service was great as the waitress was attentive, quick to take our order and give refills, provided great advice and insights on the menu, and helped us when we wanted to make a change after our food arrived! Atmosphere is cozy, clean, and bright. Will be back for more!!

My family and I really enjoyed our breakfast. The food was delicious and the owner of the restaurant was amazing. This is now me and my family favorite breakfast location.Food: 5/5
