Palio's Pizza Cafe - Prosper

Pizza and service were great tonight! New owner Isaiah is friendly, professional and has hired a great group of teenagers. All clean cut and energetic! The place is clean and pizza is fresh and hot! Honestly it’s the first place we’ve eaten at in the last 6 months that was not a hot mess from staff shortages. We ordered two gluten free pizzas which came out hot and crispy like we like it!! If you came to Prosper Palio’s in the past and wasn’t impressed…please go back. Isaiah has completely turned around this place! And if your kid needs a job…send them here! You can tell the kids like working there! You can tell he’s a great guy to work for! We will be back!

With the new management on site and place this will definitely be my new regular place! my family and I went and had day and the new owner came and presented us and talked to us a little. he is so friendly and they can really say that he does not only care about his business, but also his customers. After he come and chit chat with us really gave palio the personal note that is difficult to find today! he also gave us a **** of ice that was so good! we definitely recommend vanilla or cookies and cream. all staff were very friendly, fast and responsive. palio is responsible in big hands with jesaja! he is absolutely awesome! my family and I look forward to coming back for the great pizza, great ice cream and great staff!

My wife and I went over the weekend in palio’s pizza cafe. the service and eating were excellent! the new owner came to our table and imagined us. very friendly staff and relaxed atmosphere, we will definitely be back and would recommend to give this place a try!

Great food and atmosphere. Prompt service. Owner is super friendly and even gave my son a quarter for the candy machine, which made his day! Making this a regular spot for sure.
