There was a host named Fab (I’ll keep their full name to myself) who kindly walked me through the whole process. They even asked if I was a member and offered to add my phone number since I wasn’t. The host was really thoughtful; despite me dropping my spoons three times in a row, they handed me three more and gave me a bag to carry them in, saving me from any further embarrassment. As for the taste, it was quite good (keeping in mind it’s frozen yogurt, not ice cream). You have the option to add toppings and sauces, and though I only got a few swirls of waffle, it was surprisingly heavy. Menchies has a smart system where they charge your credit card based on the weight of your bowl, so be careful not to overfill it if you can’t handle the amount. The service was excellent, and they even have outdoor seating. Will I go back? I wish I could say yes, but I’m just not a fan of frozen yogurt. However, if you love it, you’ll likely keep coming back for more!

This is an excellent restaurant that we frequent quite a bit. However, they've unfortunately discontinued the vegan cake batter flavor, which we really hope will return. In the meantime, we might need to explore other options elsewhere. It would also be great if they could expand their dairy-free offerings beyond just pineapple and sorbet, as those aren't very appealing.

I’m excited to have found a wonderful fat-free frozen yogurt shop nearby that offers a variety of choices for those with dietary restrictions! The staff is friendly, and the yogurt tastes incredible!

We visited Menchie's Frozen Yogurt as part of my wife's birthday celebrations, and we were thoroughly impressed! My wife chose the cake batter flavor, while I went for the classic chocolate. We also had the pleasure of meeting two friendly staff members, Adam and Alice, who were incredibly helpful. The place was spotlessly clean. Overall, we had a wonderful experience, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone!

I genuinely enjoy supporting this business because the owner couple works so well together. Just a quick note: be sure to call ahead to verify their hours, as they've changed a bit due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
