Marco's Pizza - Prosper

When I got home, the cheese bread was soaked in garlic butter. The three garlic butters I had ordered were missing from the cheese bread. It looked like someone had noticed the mess and removed them! No one took responsibility for the situation. Now, I'm left with a stained shirt and no garlic butters. I might not return to this restaurant.

WARNING TO ALL CUSTOMERS: CHECK YOUR FINAL RECEIPT IN YOUR EMAIL! I placed an order and was informed it would take 45 minutes, but it actually took two hours for delivery, and the food was cold. The delivery driver didn't ring the doorbell and just left the order on the ground, even though we didn't request contactless delivery. I didn’t receive a receipt and later found out via email that they added a tip without my consent. When I called the store, the person I spoke to acknowledged that this was wrong but said they needed to confirm with the driver about the unauthorized tip. What kind of response is that?! I have video evidence showing that the driver never knocked and just dropped off the food. I was told I can't get a refund because the food was technically delivered. I will never return to this place again!

Disappointing pizza and subpar customer service. In my last few orders—three or four—I encountered issues or excessively long wait times each time. The last straw was when they overcooked my pizza and refused to send a replacement (all the other thin crust pizzas were overdone and had a cardboard-like crust too). I don’t often believe a restaurant has deep-rooted problems, but this place certainly does.

Marco?s pizza is very tasty which is why we keep giving them a chance, but man are they slow. It?s ridiculous to the point where I?m over ordering from them. It?s just not worth it. I ordered a pizza around 5:45pm and they said it won?t be delivered until 7:05pm. It?s 7:26pm and still no pizza. The two stars are literally because the pizza taste good but the service and delivery are just unreliable.

This Place is a joke. I have been ordering pizza from here for 3 years. Based on who is working, sometimes they can deliver, sometimes they cannot. Employee are not trained and not professional at all. Either the credit machine is not working or they don?t have people etc. you can hear the folks on the background just thinking it?s a joke when a customer is trying to order dinner. Asked for a manager to talk to, he was to busy. Talk to the owner, he did not even give the employee any directions on what to do. Will not be coming back.
