I recently ordered takeaway from this restaurant, and I have to say, one of the staff members was absolutely amazing! She was very warm and attentive, and she picked out the sushi exactly as I wanted. It was a delightful surprise. Some foods don't hold up well for takeout, but our meal arrived beautifully packaged, almost like a little gift. I definitely want to dine here again. Great job!

<br/ <br/ The staff are amazing and provide great customer service, they always great us with a smile and are attentive and ready. <br/ <br/ The restaurant layout is one of the best I have experienced for a sushi train, with booth seating for our family to enjoy a good meal in a more traditional social setting ‍‍‍ <br/ <br/ Just like all sushi trains it is quite costly, especially when going out for a family ‘meal’. However, their VIP membership cards really improve its affordability.<br/ <br/ The sushi train is always full, even when they are at their busiest. On the rare occasion that something isn’t available the staff are up and ready to take any orders and provide you with anything on the menu!<br/ <br/ Will 100% be back soon

Our experience at Jiro has been hit and miss. Lunch on a weekend is always great with superbly fresh sushi and a much bigger range. In the evening, we prefer to order off the menu because the variety isn’t as diverse and we find many of the plates on rotation aren’t as fresh ie the rice is no longer warm or is dehydrating
