Cibo Expresso - Prospect

It's ok. Shop is clean and very well presented. Staff don't look thrilled. Polite and courteous enough. Food is well stocked for the morning, which is good. Car park close by. Coffee is as you expect from a chain coffee house in Australia. Good quality.

We have had lunch and afternoon tea here from time-to-time. The food and coffee here is pretty much as you would expect from a franchise café - good without being exceptional. They have a very limited range of gluten free options. Service is quite OK, apart from giving you one of those annoying buzzing/flashing things to let you know when to collect your coffee.To be frank, they pale by comparison to Murratti's, which is just a few doors down Prospect Rd.

Weak coffee, very average service. No one seems happy to be working there. No smiles, or any idea what excellent customer service might resemble. Real shame because it's a lovely area. Lift your game prospect cibo!

The coffee at this restaurant is delicious, but the service is very average. It seems like no one is happy to work there, as there are no smiles or understanding of what excellent customer service should be like. It's a shame because the restaurant is beautiful. Step up your game, Prospekt Cibo!
