I asked three different employees at intervals to turn on the music, at least quietly, but for the atmosphere. was not rude to anyone, asked kindly. ignored all three requests. in the end they said, sorry, the phone from which the music was playing went down. just disrespect! if the establishment is open until 10 p.m., please provide service right up to the last minute of work, and not when the waiters are telling you not to turn on the music for people who came to spend time with you and leave their money. we are very disappointed! although I will repeat, the institution is modern and has a very impressive entourage. It is not clear why employees treat guests like this.
The service wants better, no one warns that the order, even a salad, has to wait up to two hours. And you sit on the terrace and wait instead of enjoying your time. And not all the orders were delivered, because they forgot. Other guests were served one out of two borschts in two hours. The administrator can't even apologize for it, somehow smooth the situation, but it's just a wedding and that's why such a service, and that's it, wait for another hour and a half of darkness. Well, that's it. Although in such cases it is worth having more personnel come out so that such situations do not occur. At the same time, there were two tables and most of the other guests were without food. Both pizzas were burnt on the bottom, and not like from a regular oven, but just a burnt aroma and taste in the mouth. They drove all summer and recommended it to everyone, there is no desire to go anymore.

We were in DOM today for the second time, and this time we feel only disappointment. On this day, there was a wedding in the hall next to the pool, so all the staff were in a rush, which negatively affected the quality of service at the pool. After lunch, we decided to order food, the waitress took the order and everything seemed fine. We waited 35-40 minutes, asked another waiter when our order would be ready, to which he replied that we need to wait for food for at least 2 hours and it is better to refuse the order. I have 0 complaints about the waiter, thank you for his honesty. However, first of all, the question arises why the waitress does not warn when taking the order that you have to wait long enough (2 hours)? Secondly, why can't the establishment warn its guests in advance that an event/holiday will be held in the adjacent hall and after dinner the order will have to wait longer? It would be enough to at least apologize for this situation, because we are all people in different situations. However, we did not hear any apologies from the staff.
