Dunkin' - Progress

I dont usually write reviews. This is the 5th or 6th time I 've ordered from this location. Everytime there 's a mistake.The employee lied about the drink not coming with whipped cream, and the cup was only half full. While she prepared it she put mycup under a table to scoop something into it. She didn 't give me the correct donuts. And I believe it 's purely because she hasan idgaf attitude.

This place is horrible. I placed an online order twice. They never received it. I waited in the lobby near 2 hours thinking they were helping me figure out the situation. No. They asked if I placed the order yet!? So while the girl ringing me up FINALLY,after standing around waiting on THEM, had a bad attitude! Said my order was $5 more than it should have been and got rude withme because of her ringing up wrong. Don't go to Harrisburg location on Jonestown Rd. WASTE OF TIME. THEY ARE RUDE AND TAKEFORRRRRRRRREVER.

Worst and dumbest employees I?ve ever had the misfortune to interact with anywhere. I?ve never had a drink made correctly here and only ever have gone back because of proximity to my home. However, I regret it every time. This location specifically hasmade me distrust and all around hate Dunkin as a brand. Why they haven?t ever cracked down on this location to be better isbeyond me. All around trash. Do better Dunkin. You should be ashamed. Also, who doesn?t have pumpkin on october 30 when theentire menu is pumpkin??? Make it make any sense!!

Employees are usually friendly. Seems like they definitely need more help! Every morning cars are piled up. You need at least 15 minutes in order to get anything. I have had to pull off on many occasions so that I?m not late for work. I now try to orderahead of time and wait a half hour before picking it up. Even with doing that, I have had to wait for my pick-up ordersometimes. They seem absolutely swamped every single day. Hire more employees!!! Everyone there seems to be working so hard andI know it can?t be easy. It feels like an oversight from the company. I bet they could make double their money if the operationof the store was faster and smoother.
