Hideaways Pizza Pub - Princeville

The pizza place is located in a condominium complex. it is located on the pool. we have tried to build their own pizza with a middle crust and a rugula/bet salad. everything was fresh and delicious.

Food was awesome. They need to work on the manners. Took my daughter here for her birthday. She just got off the plane. Yes, they were busy but we told the waiter this when we sat down. Waiter tried to bring the check before we were served. Then again during dinner. When we were done eating dinner he went to hand us the check and I told him no ........ we still need dessert for my daughter's birthday. He went back to the kitchen and threw the wooden check holder so hard, the whole restaurant heard. Then we waited. Eventually, he tossed the check on the table and very rudely said we don't have candles and we don't have time for this. Those exact words. We just wanted dessert. I left a great tip but they really need to work on just being nice.

Hideaways is great. It was just what we needed on our first day in Kauai. The pizzas were very tasty, and there are some great selections on the menu. A surprising highlight was the Kale salad which had some very fresh vegetables. In fact, it was the highlight of our meal! We had two unforgettable Mai Tais and a beer from the menu, overlooking some pretty gardens. If you are staying in Princeville, this is a very handy place that will guarantee you good service and good food. Would recommend,

Mediocre pizza, delicious salad. Service was good. Restaurant could have been a little bit cleaner. That's about all I can say about my experience.

Very good pizza. Dough is flavorful, thinner crust. Toppings have a good fresh flavor. The price is about right when you take into account your on an island. The place was easy to find at night but I can see many people missing it. It is in the middle of a development of condos. Parking is limited. Pizzas were ready fairly quickly for a take out order. Salad was good. Caeser dressing was runny but had good flavor. Croutons on the salad were full of flavor and were soft. I would come back here on another visit.
