We went for the Flying Ivories piano entertainment. That was spectacular. We had so much fun. However, no wait service in the bar detracts from the experience and the food was painfully mediocre. We would not go back for dinner unless we really wanted the entertainment being offered.

We had a delightful time until a large group showed up. The acoustic in the lower ceiling area is terrible when there is a very loud group of old friends meeting there. It made us regret not asking for a high top which is not comfortable for us at our age but definitely a better alternative to being unable to hear each other speak. That said we had the best ahi tuna salad we have had in recent history. Prices were extremely reasonable.
During a recent visit to Princeton, we visited the Tap Room because they had several gluten free options. Great decision. My husband enjoyed the GF baked chick stuffed with risotto. Far from boring, this was a great choice. I had the short rib bucatini which was meltingly tender. We saved room for dessert and I tried their unique pumpkin cake with maple syrup drizzle. Amazing. My husband had the creme brulee which was good but was unfortunately the only GF choice. We plan to return . Great pub vibe.
