Renard's European Bakeshop - Princeton

The pastries here, both savory and sweet, are absolutely incredible! They’re definitely worth standing in line for. You might consider doing some deep knee bends while waiting if it helps you feel better, but just remember: if you have to ask about the calorie count, you probably can’t afford to indulge! Make sure you don’t leave Princeton without trying Renard's for breakfast and HorseRadish for a late lunch or early dinner!

This is the best place in all of Princeton! I was only in town for a week and ended up visiting at least four times just for the sandwiches. In addition to that, their breads are outstanding, and they have a wonderful selection of pastries that are simply delightful.

This bakery is truly the best. The products are always fresh and the atmosphere is incredibly welcoming. Their bread is unbeatable—simply wonderful. I used to dislike scones, but after trying their blueberry scone, I've become a scone lover thanks to them!

This place is a slice of heaven! I’m so glad we took the staff’s suggestion of enjoying a cup of coffee with a pastry, and then coming back for a box to take home. My latte and chocolate filled croissant were incredible. All of the breads and pastries behind the counter are positively gorgeous. The customer service was amazing. If I lived closer, I would be here every weekend. If you find yourself anywhere remotely close to the area, you need to go to Renards. You will not regret it!
