Pizza Hut - Princeton

Compared to pizza pub down the road, this place was great.

Prices are insane. $6 extra for 3 extra toppings. You know it costs them probably 60 cents. Ridiculous. Won’t be going to Pizza Hut anymore.

Not impressed with how our pizza and cheese sticks were made tonight. The cheese sticks don't look like cheese was added and they are super tough. They were delivered in a timely fashion and the driver was nice but definitely not satisfied with our food.

I had a fantastic meal that was both delicious and fresh! The customer service was excellent; everyone was very friendly, especially the general manager, Dan, if I remember his name correctly. They accidentally forgot to include our wings but went above and beyond by calling us and leaving a voicemail to apologize. As a gesture of goodwill, they even offered us a complimentary 2-liter soda for the oversight. While I didn't find it to be a major inconvenience, I appreciate their thoughtful response and completely understand the challenges of the food industry.

I would give this place zero stars if I could. It was absolutely disgusting. I saw staff touching food with their bare hands after handling garbage, and then going back to the pizza dough. I watched one woman take out the trash and then, instead of washing her hands, she went right back to making pizzas. It's unacceptable.
