Your one ice machine doesn't make ice, so you're putting a No Ice Sorry sign on the machine? No. The manager goes out and buys ice cream for serving. This is unacceptable and lazy. Besides, the ice cream coffee 't was made right and was all watered without ice! This must be a franchise shop, because all Panera Franchise shops are garbage and do not care for good service or results. If that's a company business, think about your management. Thanks for my time and my money.

Lol? 12$ a sandwich if you need 15 minutes and can hardly spread the ingredients like a human? My toddler literally made a sandwich better than they could save your hard-earned money.

The place is quite clean and good to cool. I enjoy the unlimited Sip Club. Eating is okay. Some are good, some are not good. The soup ordered twice on different days and the portion is different. The BBQ chicken salad and most of the pizza are good. But the sandwich... not so much. I ordered the chicken sandwich and they gave only 1 piece of chicken in the middle of the sandwich. On the photo it should be shrunk chicken. Do you want me to shred it?

The food is always amazing. The roasted steak and the white Cheddar sandwich I ate was absolutely delicious???????????? I love the small containers for soup and Mac cheese?????????

As much as I love Panera, I'm very disappointed by the service. I was charged a subscription while I'm abroad and informed the team to cancel it to avoid any future charged and they confirmed so. Then, I was surprised I was charged again and didn't agree to refund me any charged amount. If you don't usually refund the subscription, although it wasn't used, At least an exception should be done for the other charges. Noting I Had a subscription for myself and a fried using the same card, so I paid around $45 for nothing.
