Some of the tables are in a lobby type area as soon as you walk in the door, though, unbeknownst to my wife and I until we sat, there are also high top tables for two in the bar area at the back of the building, which had a bit better ambiance. Servers we friendly and eager to please and the food was very good at reasonable prices, which is hard to find these days. We split spring rolls, which were excellent, a caesar salad, which was large and also excellent, albeit overdressed. My wife had the salmon over a risotto croquette, accompanied by perfectly cooked and season asparagus. Her dish was outstanding. I tried the braised oxtails with over rice and red peas with sauteed cabbage and plantains, also excellent. We each brought home about 40% of our entree. We each had two drinks, generously poured, and the total bill was under $110, a bargain! Excellent experience and we will go back. I encourage everyone to go, as it was empty except for us for the majority of our dinner. Let's keep Jagrah's in business, as it's a great find!
Had Oxtail for the first time. Everything was AMAZING! Chef is phenomenal. Thank you James!
Our server Destiny was perfection. She was attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. The food was wonderful, plentiful and absolutely delicious.
