Terrible customer service. When you call and make an order on the phone, whoever answers the phone is so rude and has zero value for customers. Each time i call to order food for delivery, she is so rude on the phone.I also told the person on the phone that I had a coupon which i cut off their menu paper and she told me i couldn't use it because i gave her my credit card info before telling her i had a coupon so i can't use the coupon. What nonsense. I do not recommend this place unless you like a Chinese place that yells at you and won't even honor their coupons when you order food for delivery. Food is okay, nothing special.

Horrible experience. The lady at the counter taking order is so rude . Will not go back again .

I have to call the restaurant in order to place my order because they can never understand me when I try to do it in person.

I have been a customer at Hunan for 9 years now. The carry out and delivery services are always prompt, the staff is friendly, and the food is consistently fresh and delicious!
