I placed a mobile order during a weekday lunch rush. Staff of four was working efficiently and I had my order, hot and 100% accurate, within a few minutes.

French fries where old and nasty.Very slow employees. Don't know what they are doing. Don't listen when orders are being taken. Confused on how to run the computers for taking orders.Didn't know which cup to hand out. Gave a coffee cup for pop. Only 3 people working. No system. Line in lobby and in the drive lane. Didn't know which order goes to who.

My burger was cold my bun was hard and the help was

I love Burger King, who doesn't! But this location was good fast at getting my food to me through the drive-through, nice staff, clean parking lot.
