McDonald's - Prince Rupert

We typically visit this location for some late-night eats via the drive-thru. Never any issues; the staff are always friendly and orders taken care of promptly. Food has always been freshly made, at least during our visits. A word of advice, though: sometimes orders get messed up, so be sure to check it before you leave! If you don't, then you have no basis to complain.In short, this is a great place to go for some late night eats; thumbs up!

Restaurant right next door to Parkside Motel, so very convenient. We would use McDonalds at night if it was a long day of fishing. We also stopped early mornings because the drive thru was open 24/7. It took them 3 days to finally serve me a HOT chocolate, meaning the first 2 days I had a lukewarm drink,Salads at night were served promptly and they were good.

Every year at this time and through out the summer - this location doesn't have ice cream so therefore, no milk shakes, flurries, ice cream cones, etc. And this lasts for weeks at a time. It is very frustrating to go through the drive through or walk in just to see signs everywhere - No Ice Cream! Not a great way to keep customers. Thank goodness there is downtown business that has come out with ice cream and therefore McDonalds you will be losing customers for the long term.

McDonald's app from the Apple store does not work properly at this store and the 1 staff and 2 supervisors just don't get it and in my opinion they are very rude. Goodbye McDonald's I have filed complaints elsewhere

I mean it's one thing to mess up your drive thru order, that happens here about 1/10 visits...it's another to take it inside to the till, hand them the slip and food, see them physically check and confirm the mistake...and then make the same mistake again, literally, in front of you. Complete and utter incompetence.Typical Rupert, "We're the only service provider in town and meh. we just don't care."
