The service can be on the slow side, but the quality of the food is worth it, it is more in line with a restaurant than a fast food and the prices are reasonable for what you get.
When a new restaurant opens in town, we make it a point to wait until the business gets its staff and menu sorted before even trying. Thought it was safe enough by now to take out the family to for a father's day lunch. Worst idea ... Ever. They only had one size of burger patties rather than the 2 sizes advertised. Ok. That happens. Not sure how a burger joint doesn't keep stocked with burger patties but ok. Moving on.After placing the order we were told to sit down and they would bring the meals to us. We watched a table of 3 guys get their food (The only other table of people in the entire restaurant) and noticed that half of our order was just sitting there on the pass bar. 10 mins passed. Then 10 more and the first table of 3 were finished their meals and ours finally arrived. 20 minutes our fries sat there. Stale, dry and luke warm at best by the time we got them. Kids wouldn't eat them which says a lot. The burgers were cold, soggy from sitting there and the patties were somehow dry depsite the rest of the mess in the bun. The kids little chocolate coins were melted to the bottoms of the bags from sitting underneath what once were hot fries for 20 mins.Absolutely terrible grilled cheese sandwich for one kids meal. Not even melted or toasted bread. Just cold, hard cheese on bread soaked in oil rather than cooked it seemed. The only hot item we recieved on the tray were the other childs chicken fingers which seemed to be what had must of held up the entire order. That is line cooking and service at its absolute worst. If an entire order is going to be held up by one item, don't go ahead and just serve everything after its sat out in the open for the cooking time of one missed item. (Especially chicken cooking time. I mean, really.) If everything else is ready, explain that to a customer. They will likely understand that something got missed. Or. Be sure everything comes out together hot is also a solution after explaining there may be a little wait due to one item missed. Doesn't take much common sense to think of solutions like that. A mistake is understandable. Serving food that's been sitting there for 20 minutes and expecting a customer to have a good experience after that is horrible service. We were served cold and stale food because one thing was missed which is terrible and we will never recommend this place nor go back.
Have been to this location a few times and have had very little or no triple O sauce on my burgers. Not sure they know what triple O means. Also this last time, I was in the middle of my order when the person taking my order just decided to ignore me and tend to a problem with another customer, then apologized to me after she helped them. I did ask for extra sauce and when I received my burger, I politely asked if they remembered the xtra sauce and the tone of the response was not very nice. Not sure I will be back.
Saw triple o's and finally tried it. Had the original burger combo. Very thick fries. Burger initially dry but moist and tasty as u work into the middle
