Sakura Japanese Steak, Seafood House Sushi

I ordered my steak medium, but it arrived tough as leather, and my salad was so old it had turned orange. It was a terrible experience and not worth the price. I wouldn't recommend eating here.

The experience was decent; the staff was friendly, although the manager didn’t seem quite as lively compared to other hibachi restaurants I’ve visited. Unfortunately, the sauce that everyone raves about didn’t meet my expectations—it was quite disappointing, to be honest.

The chef was excellent and the food was delicious. However, the waitress and the service were disappointing. I won't be ordering a drink there again. They don't have the proper ingredients for a Bloody Mary—just the mix and vodka. If you want a beer, that might work.

GREAT SUSHI? So many options than any other place I went for sushi. Great drinks and great, friendly staff! My husband and I are locals and we often come here because it's so good!

We are somewhat new to Calvert County, so we tried after our neighbor suggested this Sakura location. When we got to hibachi meals first it was extremely greasy and not good but they also forgot our soups and salads. When I called to let the people know that this happened I said I don?t want anyone to get in trouble but I would like to make sure that this gets brought up to make sure that it doesn?t happen to anyone else. They assured me that the next time we come there for our second time visiting their establishment that we would be comped in some sort of way. It is now four weeks later and I called to see what they could do so that we could be longtime customers, but we were met with not finding that we were there before. I said I have a credit card and I can prove that I was there at your establishment and that it was a bad meal. I told them that it was worse than having a Sakura express and at that point the person on the phone gave me to the manager. When the manager began to talk to me he immediately was rude and disrespectful. I told him the same story that I told the person answered the phone and he replied? I guess you need to go back to Sakura express? by that comment I was extremely shocked I asked for his bosses name and he said ? that you don?t need to know his name or mine? I replied to him that if this is the way he manages this establishment this is exactly why people have so many bad situation?s at this location, I will make sure I get a hold of the managers boss so that he can understand that he has that kind of worker managing and running this establishment for him, and losing money that doesn?t need to be lost. The manager should be ashamed of himself and should find a new job, I have worked In many restaurants and to be called a manager is absolutely right and a gift and the person that I talk to is not even close to a manager but a worker. He is the exact reason why that location is failing.
